Warm notes of pumpkin spice and vanilla make this a warm, toasty, delightful fall twist on a classic cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ ounces heavy whipping cream (or half and half)
  • ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice liquid extract (or seasoning)
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ ounces Kahlua
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • Whipped cream, to garnish
  • Cinnamon, to garnish

Step By Step

  1. Measure your heavy cream (or half-and-half) into a small mixing bowl. Add pumpkin spice and vanilla extracts and stir well.
  2. *If you’d like your White Russian to be layered, add your Kahlua and your vodka to a cocktail glass…then add ice…and finally, pour your spiced cream mixture onto your ice.
  3. *If you’d like your cocktail blended, add your Kahlua and vodka to your mixing bowl. Stir well. Add ice to a glass, then pour contents onto ice.
  4. Either way, garnish with your whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!
